Just got the May Undercurrent magazine, there's a good, positive review about Larry's Wild Side Diving. He does boat tours of the east side of Bonaire, and the review mentions the good diving, Larry's safety conscious record, and good food on the boat trip.
Way to go Larry, I want to go diving the East side right now!!

I know that diving the east side from shore is more often than not impossible. Is it possible to dive there by boat?

Seems like Larry is running a new company to do this. Try a keyword search of this website for reports of east side dives.

Cameron, I would say that diving the east side is challlenging, not impossible. Rules are a little different over there. Last year I made two dives on that side of the island. I made these dives with a local, named Bas. Very knowledgable, and an excellent diver. I understand that he is now running guided tours to the east side through Photo Tours. You may want to check him out.
