Does anyone have any experience with trying to take a photo of a Mantis Shrimp? (without damaging the Mantis Shrimp, that is)

These buggers are very fast but on occasion I've seen one hanging out outside it's hole, but it never stays around long enough for me to take a picture...

still. We (one of her groups) watched one under
the Town Pier w/ her for many minutes. Mesmerizes
