My husband and I are going to Bonaire the second week of May, we just got out tickets in the mail today!! I am wondering about buying our wetsuits online(better prices) or going to our dive shop? Are they hard to fit? We are pretty regular sized people, I'm a size 10, 5'7" and hubby 6'2" and 185. Thanks to all who respond!

Of all the things I would suggest that you NOT buy on line, it's a wetsuit. They have to fit correctly to do a good job and to be comfortable. I know you can save a lot on line but if the fit is not good, it's a waste of money. The cut is very important in how a wetsuit fits and they vary from manuf to manuf and "size" is relative. A med from one manuf is a med large to another. You may get lucky and find one that fits fine but I would wager, you will spend a lot of time returning things until you get a good fit. Like most dive gear, a good quality wet suit will last for a lot of years. If you get one you are happy with the first time and don't have to buy another one later, you have saved money in the long run.

The only wetsuits I would buy online would be ones that are custom made to your mesurements. We designed and had ours make at http://hotwavephuket.com/
