the best time is September. Wannadive offers east coast diving until December

We just had a rare week of calm winds and went to the east every day. One of the dives was a reverse of last falls dive: From white hole to Cai. With double 80s strapped the Wannadive way: like stuffed in the ol BC under the straps. The dive lasted almost two hours. We had a volunteer to drive the car to Cai. I would say that this would easily be one of the most thrilling dives imaginable. I will not bore you with the long list and number of big animals, but the amount, size, and variety, of marine life that calls this barrier reef home is incredible. This was the first time I did this dive this way but sure won't be my last.

Thanks Peter and Bart

If December is the latest and September the best is there an earliest time in the year? Would July be OK?

Bart,
Keep the winds away for me please. I will be seeing you either tomorrow evening or Wednesday in the morning.

Tom

Hello Bart, You dog.

Wish I were diving the east side with you.

How could this possibly be your first post?

Tamie and I will down 8 weeks from today. We will hope and pray for more calm weather so we can do the east side with you.

Dave

Will,
you just have to be lucky with the wind. We did the east side in November, December and last year in March (multiple days).

Bart,
just ordered two twin kits (independent double system) from Dive Rite. You better make sure there are some wind reversals so we can use them.

Dave,
idem ditto (hoping, praying). We'll be in Bon 8 weeks from now as well.
