Greetings everyone!

I have a few clean-up events to share with you!

First, the bi-monthly clean-up actions sponsored by Photo Tours Divers and NetTech N.V. continue on Saturday, Nov. 23rd as follows:

Action: Fishing Line Clean-up at Oil Slick Leap (Shore Dive)

Meet At: Photo Tours Divers @ Hamlet Oasis (north of Habitat)

Time: 2pm (we'll drive to Oil Slick from there)

Apres Dive: Pot-luck BBQ at 5:30pm at Photo Tours Hamlet Oasis (A Pot-luck is where participants each bring some food to share. Basics will be provided by sponsors.)

Sponsorship: Photo Tours will be providing free tanks to all participants. NetTech will be providing staples like chicken and beverages at the Pot-luck BBQ.

The next Photo Tours/NetTech clean-up after this will be in mid/late February - suggestions for island locations welcome - send those to cleanup@bonairediving.com please. Also please RSVP so we can make sure enough tanks are available for everyone.

Second, keep Saturday December 14th open on your dive calendar, as we anticipate that to be the resumption of regular monthly underwater clean-ups in the Playa area with the new owners & operators of Green Submarine, to be held on the second Saturday of each month. As a co-founder of the original monthly UW clean-ups, NetTech is looking forward to being a co-sponsor of those clean-ups once again as well. Once we have established a regular time for the dive and pot-luck BBQ we will let you all know.

The dive this Saturday is still on. Just bring your C-cards and dive gear to Photo Tours' Hamlet location at 2pm. And then for the Potluck BBQ, bring something to share (chips, salad, cake, fried rice, whatever). See you then!

Chet - the Green Submarine/NetTech monthly clean-up dives in the Playa area will be on the second Saturday of each month, starting at around 2:30pm, with the potluck BBQ at around 5:30pm as well. Avoids the hot sun problem mid-day that way. Can you make the one in February?
