We saw a bunch of Lion Fish this trip down.
There is one in particular that anyone "hunting" might have interest in.... at 1000 Steps about 20 min. in going south at around 75 ft. He's HUGE! (about a foot long). We also saw 4 small ones at bachelors beach a various depths(going south again). I did not have any markers with me, so we were not able to make the sites. :-(
I will try to get a picture of the big guy posted in the next day.
Other than that it was another wonderful trip in Bonaire & can't wait to get back!!

We saw that one at 1000 steps as well. He even posed for the Camera. I hope that someone will get him soon.

Thank You! I just sent the information.
If anyone does catch him, here are a few ideas on what to do with him! He would make a few dishes I bet!

I did report the Lion Fish at 1000 steps on December 23 to the office just outside of oil slick. I hope nobody thinks I am being a slacker

I do suspect that Lion Fish will be gone shortly. One of the best ways I know to eliminate a species, is for them to be declare a gastronomic delight!

And while we're at it, how about a name change to say...
"Texas Tuna"?
