Don't know how much time you've previously spent on Bonaire but my suggestion is to touch base with the folks over at Sunbelt who could perhaps get you a long term rental for several months so you can scout out possibilities yourself. Talk to one of their agents who do have a wealth of info as to what's going on locally. Good luck & enjoy your retirement on sunny Bonaire if that's where you end up.

Thanks. Where would be the best place to post a request if anyone in Bonaire wants to trade houses? And cars? I'm in Southern Ontario, Canada farmland, near a cool beach town on Lake Erie, 90 minutes from Toronto or Niagara Falls.
