The whole family is going to be in Bonaire in 2 weeks and although we had our Aladin air Z serviced less than a month ago, today both parents are getting Err messages. We like the Scubapro line but don't like the bulky look of the Galileo. Does anyone have two new or used Air Z for sale? If not any other suggestions for hoseless air computers will be appreciated.

Thank you for the advice but we would really rather buy from the local shops and support them to keep them in business, if possible. I really do appreciate the tip, though, and will keep it in mind if no one has an alternative product to offer in the next day day or two.

Chances on Bonaire are pretty slim for UWATEC hoseless. I am not aware of any shop selling those (but I might be wrong)

I do the same, trying to support the dive shops on Bonaire, whatever equipment I might need. So far, I am not aware of a dive shop selling UWATEC hose less, however, whenever I need anything I order it via Bruce Bowker's Carib Inn dive shop or via the Wannadive dive shop. Just a suggestion and normally they always help me to get what I am looking for.

Thanks, so much for the offer! that is extremely generous of you. I think our local dive shop has worked a deal for us with Uwatec for discounted new computers. I cannot believe you would loan your gear to complete strangers...only in Bonaire, right?

If you have the Air Z units I don't mean to question your local dive shop but I have had only one issue with the Uwatec computers in the last 7 years that I have used them that was not covered under warranty. The only exception was a very old sending unit that was no longer available that they updated for $75.00. You might ask exactly why your units are not covered under warranty.

Again, don't mean to cause a problem with your dive shop but it never hurts to ask twice on a repair issue.

I use a Suunto Stinger. It is hoseless but not air-integrated. I love it and am considering switching to the Suunto D9 which is air-integrated. Its reasonably small and I wear it daily on vacation. The only issue is that it can be fooled if you are swimming or snorkeling and can be violated.

If you want to be more price conscious, the Suunto Mosquito has essentially the same features as the Stinger and is a bit cheaper.
