i was thinking about bringing/wearing rash guards for in between dives as they provide some sun protection........good idea?? but from what i understand you wouldn't want to leave them in your truck, but i don't want to dive in it......i want it dry......so i'm not sure what to do about that. i'm pretty fair complected and so want to put something on during surface intervals. advice?

Good idea for you with the rash guard. However as you have undoubtedly read the theft thread anything left in a vehicle is a potential target.

However, I have left such things in the truck many a trip and never had a problem. So........

I wore one under my wetsuit last summer and it dried very quickly after getting out. It was nice not to worry about getting burnt.

I almost always wear one. Yes, usually under my wetsuit but I've been known to leave them in the truck in a baggie under the seat. No problems so far.

I always wear one under my wetsuit.

Drys out in 5-10 minutes so that is not an issue
