Hi Fellow BTers ... You might enjoy our article in the new (Mar/Apr) issue of D.A.N.'s ALERT DIVER magazine: "A Physical Therapist Looks at Shore Diving" All but one of the pictures were taken at Margate Bay (the other one was over on the east side).

Gotta check that out when I get home.

Just read the article! Thanks for doing that for our diving community! I especially focused on the toe and calf cramping section -- an affliction I have dealt with on a few occasions! I now try to stretch calves and toes ahead of the dives, and it seems to work. I have also heard that potassium consumption helps prevent cramping, along with hydration. So -- plenty of water and a banana a day! Who knows, really....

Have never tried Margate Bay while in Bonaire. But I have recently heard that it is a great site. Will try it next trip at the end of December. Your article is whetting my Bonaire appetite!
