We are arriving in two weeks - is there a website that shows the current water temps, or can somebody provide that information?

Bob, Geri, welcome to BT.

There is a website that uses advanced artificial intelligence to show you the current temperature in Bonaire's waters.

All you have to do is go to this link and enter the question: "what's today's water temperature?"

This is an experimental site for an artificial intelligence application. The intelligence part can be a bit iffy later in the day when the application agents are not at their peak performance.

I think that if we removed the "Bright" and "Polar" subroutines from the application program we might see some improvement.

79.88 F - 26.6 C near the surface
78.44 F - 25.8 C at a depth of 170 ft

There was a really nasty thermal at 180 ft that we stayed above. I'm guessing it dropped 3 or 4 degrees, but the water was crystal clear below it.

Water Temp

Down here now - having a great time. Geri is diving in here 3/2 full length and I am in a 3/2 shorty. Guess it must be our New England blood being used to cold temps :>
