We just returned from a week and enjoyed the trip. Due to the rain, the visibility was disappointing (40' to 50'). Based on discussions with some dive professionals that had been on the island for some time, they thought August - early October was the best, as long as their were not hurricanes.

I like July and August for vis. I have seen all other months as well but it varies on many factors.
