Hi all talkers,
My wife and I will be returning to Bonaire for our 3rd. time on Oct. 4th. Our first time there was Feb. 07 and the mesquitoes were not too bad. Feb. of this year they were bad. Any bug reports or do we need to pay for another bag just for repellant?

Mesquite taquitos?
Mmmm…those sound tasty!
Heh.

This past July, I brought a Sharpie-sized
spray-on container of repellent (100% DEET)
that was handy for a good spritz each evening.
I also had a tube of the military-strength
Ultrathon cream that I probably rubbed
on my legs at least once. I'd say it
wouldn't hurt to bring something along.

I'm sitting on the patio of Apartment #9 at the Belmar right now. I've been getting bit by some no see ums out here but thats about it. Those mosquito repellent wipes work really well. Gotta go dive now!

Get some Cactus Juice..

Sun screen and repellent all in one, and it's not greasy.
