Joan, they are all under the Island. You just have to slow down and look. If you need help get a guide to help you... Ron

enrigue at the divi has a great reputation for finding them. we tease him a lot by saying he bought fake ones and planted them before our diving.

We were just in Bonaire for 2 weeks, 222 dives among the six of us. I found a yellow seahorse on a night dive, and my daughters found some on day dives. I have not found any consistent location to find them. We found 5 overall. They look like trash, and you really have to look. They are there. Please take good care of them!

Thanks to all, we found one at Buddy Reef thanks to Sandra and then one at Oil Slick Leap on our own. They are very timid creatures so we tried not to stress them by only taking a few pictures then moving on.
