I have a couple of Students on there way down to Bonaire as I type this message out to do there OW referral. What are the current conditions like for vis and temp ?

Wednesday at the WindJammer the temps were

78 F - 25.6 C at 180 ft.
80 F - 26.7 C above 70 ft.
81 F - 27.2 C above 20 ft.

Vis was 80 ft+/-

My Bonaire guidebook says the WindJammer is off limits due to security restrictions around the oil tanker port. No longer true?

You must dive it with an approved guide. We must ask for a permit at least 48 hours in advance providing BOPEC with your personal info so you can be checked out.
