Everyone will have their opinion but the drive thru tank rentals at Buddy's just rocks. Also, they are nice people - but so is Carib Inn. Bruce is AMAZING but I have never rented tanks or done a dive package with them so I can't answer that part of the question.

I am pretty sure Buddy's is closer to GRI so that might be the place to go with. I have been 5 times and will return in 5 weeks, great place to use. Good luck and have fun.

I don't really need tanks delivered to our door, but thanks Ron. I figured I would go with wanna dive or caribb since they both have already emailed me back. I'm just wondering which is more convenient for getting tanks. Carib apparently gives you 1 tank that you keep refilling, or 2 if you really need it from what they said. Can anyone tell me more about the wanna dive setup with this drive thru thing? How do you get tanks early or late? Thanks

Wannadive is a dropoff-empty-and-grab-a-full-tank operation. Getting tanks early or late is easy, but you have to know how to get at them. Ask Bart or Bob and they will tell you the secret. Personally, I wouldn't want to just drive through Wannadive for a tank. I have too much fun chattin with them.

We agree with "Smack" It is more fun to stop and talk to the guys at Wannadive. We used Wannadive last year and really liked them, mostly used the shop at Eden Beach but also went to the shop in Playa and met the guys there. all of them are great. Wannadive also has a small shop at GRI and as we were staying with GRI we used Wannadive and were not disappointed at all. Have a good time.

Hey Shawn! Glad to see you are headed back to Bon! Wannadive is easy peasy...pull into the parking lot at Eden Beach and swap tanks. Also, I believe that Wannadive has tanks at GRI, not positive on that.

I think we'll keep our diving with wanna dive after thinking about things. I've used them before and like you guys said, they're great people. She'll just take the class through carib inn since they were the first to respond. Thanks for everyone's help.
