Hi everyone. I would like to find a dive shop that I could get tanks 24 hours a day. I do night and early morning dives and want a flexible shop. Have used Photo Tours many times but would like some recent input. Was last on Bonaire July of '05 and they locked up at 5:00 pm. Thanks for your help and will be back in Paradise this April for three weeks. Jerry

Buddy Dive has tanks available 24/7. You can email them at diveshop@buddydive.com.

Wannadive locks their tanks up but you can get to them after hours if you ask Bart or Bob the secret.

Thanks for your input. Has anyone out there used Photo Tours recently? The reason I'd like to get tanks as needed rather then store them in the truck or room is to keep them from being stolen or banging into walls, etc.

Last August Photo Tours locked the tanks from approx 4pm until 8am.

Wannadive tanks are available 24/7. Their service was great, super friendly and accommodating. They are getting their own membrane nitrox system soon, and they went out of their way on their own initiative to make sure that we had nitrox to dive with.

Most operations will have tanks available by using a "hidden" key.

Though I used to use Photo Tours, their adoption of the bizzarre slogan from their parent company,
"Feel the fear; do it anyway" is one I find contrary to all the dive training I've ever had. I don't think I know a single person who works there anymore. Photo Tours is across from the airport now instead of the Caribbean Court drive thru.
