I agree with DennisG. I've done over 200 dives on Bonaire between Klein and shore dives. The only dive i didn't like and have never done again since I did it 4 years ago, was White Slave.

My favorite Klein sight is in the air, flying in. My least favorite, is in the air, flying out. Other than that, it is all pretty darn good.

We will be in Bonaire in June for the first time. Which dive sites would be the ones not to miss. We plan on at least 2-3 dives per day. This would help alot on our pre-dive and trip planning. I am especially intersted in turtle photographs and fish schools. Thanks

Take the water taxi over to Klein with nothing but snorkel gear and beverages and start walking around the N end to the West. You will pass an old concrete foundation and find yourself near the N most point of the island. Get in right there and snorkel to the first outcropping you see to your left in about 20 feet of water. Now, look down under the ledge that is in about 10 feet of water and you will find the most awesome 12 foot green moray, hiding under the ledge. Go west from there and feast your eyes on the most beautiful and colorful dance you have seen since you were last on the Las Vegas strip. Head North to deeper water (about 40 feet) and you will see undisturbed coral heads with 10-12 foot long purple tube sponges and complete communities just going about their daily business, oblivious to your presence.

Nearest Point if you can get the dive boat to go there...due to prevailing winds, very slight current, and mooring location, most dive boats won't go there for fear of beaching the boat. Try to get them to do a drift dive .... since this site doesn't get much traffic, fish life is awsome...last time we were there, saw 7 turtles
