can someone remind me of the conversion factor for going fresh to salt for weights. i have a new wetsuit

About 4 Lbs seems to work for me. I weight 183 Lbs and with my 3/2 wetsuit I need 6 Lbs in fresh water and 10 Lbs in salt. Your mileage may vary.

Body weight - add going to salt subtract going to fresh.

45-56kg/100-125lbs - 2kg/4lbs
57-70kg/126-155lbs - 2.3kg/5lbs
71-85kg/156-186lbs - 3kg/6lbs
86-99kg/187-217lbs - 3.2kg/7lbs

Assume an average build and equall equipment. Realy nothing beats a 500psi buoyancy check.
