Is the orientation specific to an operator or can anyone staying anyplace go to any operator for an orientation and tag??

Mike, I agree with what Brian wrote. The orientation is specific to the dive operator and the rules and regs about the Marine Sanctuary. They will also give you information about Washington-Slaagbai park and other things you can do on non dive days. Have a good time! When will you be on Bonaire?
