If you plan to go diving on Bonaire and you are looking for a dive operator who does not treat you as a number, check out Green Submarine at Kaya Playa Lechi #24. Eric and Daniëlle Groenhart and their cute kids make you feel right at home. In fact, their dive operation is right next to their home. The atmosphere is relaxed, PADI courses in small groups and very good value for money.
Thanks to Eric's excellent Open Water training, I felt at ease under water right away. Within a few days after my certification and some dives with my friends, I was ready and felt comfortable to go with Eric and my frineds on some 'Advanced' guided dives. So on my first diving vacation I did a night dive, two dives at the East Coast (there was not a lot of wind at that time) and I saw the Hilma Hooker!
Well I'm hooked on diving now too.

Furthermore, Green Submarine is also the home of Bonaires one and only dive club. Every friday afternoon you can join them and go diving with people who know the most exiting dive sites on the island. We did great dives with them at the Salt Pier and Margate Bay.
