what months are the best for flat water on the east side (definitely not in the spring from our experience)? thanks

Now you said the EAST side, right? Well, I can tell you that September is a real slow wind month. Jibe City usually closes for vacation during that month. I would also say October for the most part. I was there end of August and beginning of September and there wasn't a wind like there is in the winter/spring months. Hope this helps. I'm sure someone else will chime in with their experiences.
