We went on the 14th, and it was flat as a board with zero wind. Larry's definitely going out every day; it didn't sound like he'd let high seas stop him, anyway. :-)

Have you just been emailing, or did you also call?

Mark,

There are lots of choices in East Side Diving. To name a few, Photo Tours Divers, Yellow Submarine and Carib Inn are all doing East Side Diving on a regular basis. And... with prices at about US$ 30,00 a dive, it's an excellent deal.

We did three dives on the east side last week while diving with Caribe Inn..including the white hole twice ,,,, $30/dive...great deal

The winds were unseasonably calm so we were able to make numerous dives including shore dives on the east and south...strange to be on the east side and see water calm as a lake

We dove the East Side with Larry 12-27. Dead calm, we dove Spelonk and White Hole. No tarpon, turtles or sharks that day, still both cool dives. I will hopefully put some pictures up soon. If you dive with Larry and the wind is calm, put on Amazon strength OFF. We got to the boat at the requested time and were devoured by mosquitos and no-see-ums while waiting for others to arrive. Some of us put on our full 3mm.s and hoods but still had to jump in the water to wait until the boat was ready to leave. I've never seen anything like it. Cuold barely see to set up my gear.

His set-up and boat are quite impressive, can go out in just about anything. So is the $50/tank price. He was booked and had to turn people away while we were there, though. Answers his cell, and had no trouble reaching him on the 24th and booking for 2 days after Xmas while on island.

BTW, the QM 2 was there the day we did those dives, and it was quite visible from off Lac Bay clear across the island.
