Sanjeev, I've been diving with Photo tours (on the Caribbean Court) for 11 trips now. I would really recommend them to anyone. The operation is relaxed and the staff is great.

i wasn't real impressed with this company. The boat captain and divemaster on our boat dives were not very friendly or informed - and they felt we should all stay together on our dives. So when the first person got to 1500 psi, everyone in the group had to turn around and head back to the boat. If any of us still had air (which my husband and I would usually had 2000psi left), then we could stay in the shallows, but had to be back on the boat within an hour of the start of the dive! The employees at the shop could never answer our questions or help us out with any of our gear failure - always seemed the "right person" to do the job was out! They wouldn't schedule a dive to Town pier for us either - claiming some of the employees just didn't like doing that dive, so we had to go to another shop to find a divemaster to go with us. There was one positive person in the whole group - can't remember his name - he was a fairly new employee, but very helpful during our week of using Photo Tours. One answer we were given after we complained was that Photo Tours and Yellow Submarine we combining and that is part of the reason for all the problems - so maybe in all fairness, they are better now. Good luck!

i've used photo tours for the past 5 trips, air fills and a weight belt mostly, a couple of guided east coast (wild side) dives as well - i've never had questions/problems of/with the staff so maybe i am not the best to judge - i think the competetion for divers tends to make most of these dive operations pretty equal - i've used Dive Inn, Divi, Carib Inn, Toucan, and Photo Tour shops - Photo Tours does seem a bit more relaxed i guess...maybe they could use some better looking dive masters

I've used Photo Tours for the past 4 or 5 years. I found them to be friendly and accomodating. I cracked the glass on my gauge last time there. They didn't have a replacement but called other dive operations to find one that could help me. Seeems to me that they went out of their way to help. I'd recommend them.

We dove with PhotoTours in August and found them to be extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I did a Nitrox course with Eddie, and he was an excellent teacher (even if I wasn't such an excellent student!) We used their drive by tank pickup/drop off which was great, and when my Mares computer started leaking air - Eddie found a way to fix it in spite of the off-size parts required. I'd highly recommend them!

Have been diving with them for the last four years and would give them an A+. My experience is that they will go out of their way to help you out in any way that they can.
