We will inadvertantly be on the island during the festival next week. We're excited about the extra activities going on but we were wondering if there would be a lot of other divers at the sites during the day. Thanks for the info!

In the past there has been 60-100 participants in one week and not all are divers. (This is the first time it has been 2 weeks long so we are not quite sure what to expect.) Generally dive activities have centered around the few host hotels with mainly boat dives. So with 90 some dive sites, I doubt you would notice anymore divers than usual.

Cool, thanks for the info Linda! We usually do mostly shore dives so we probably won't notice anything. I see though that the taste of Bonaire is next Sunday in Wilhelmina Square. Do you think that the Sunday party at Lac Cai will still be going on?

Not sure, but I think it will still go on. The Sunday party starts earlier in the day while the Taste of Bonaire starts at 7pm.
