I've found a concept for building one online somewhere, and I decided to build one (interface) myself ..

The plan is very detailed and it altogether worked out fine (lotsa precise soldering), but it seems to work. The Suunto divemanager 1.6 says in test-mode that it finds the interface on COM1, so I kinda presume the connection is up and running ..

The stupid thing however is something goes wrong when transferring data .. it says the transfer times out, probably because the computer is not in transfer mode. That's my main problem. How do I set my EON in transfermode ???
The dialog box says LOG or PRO mode is the one need, but when I try that I keep getting the same error ...

Anyone can help out on how to put my EON in the proper transfer mode ??
Took hours to create the thing, sure hope it won't be for nothing :-( ...

Grtz !

Gad, drop me a line, I think i have one in my junk box somewhere. My EON lux died a couple years back (pressure sensor died) and I have been using it for a paper weight.
