Hello all, I'm traveling to Bonaire for my first time, going solo and looking to link up with other divers.
From Canada, a west coaster with lots of cold water experience.
Nitrox certified.
I will be concentrating on shooting digital stills with my Canon G1 and Digital video with my JVC DVM-50.
I haven't booked a dive operator and would appreciated any comments or suggestions.

I'll be there from 1/14-1/27. Solo diver (working on getting the wife certified so that could change). Second trip. Nitrox cert. New camcorder......sounds like we might get along.

Graeme, your handle "Sixgill" gave you away. Haven't seen one yet but it's on my todo list along with the "Nautilus Explorer". You will know you are truly in divers paradise when you jump in with no dry suit and don't laugh when people ask you what that extra hose is for. We will miss you by a few days (arriving Feb 7), Too Bad! On this website, go "Everything Else Bonaire: then click on "January 2004 - who will be there" and you'll find a lot of willing dive companions more then happy to show you around. We used the Dive Inn Dive Shop and they were awesome and are Canadian friendly. We will be in Bonaire Jan 10-21 our 7th trip. We like to use Photo Tours as our dive operator. I have 3 nieces who have been PADI certified with them and they fit my 99$ diving budget for the week
