Hi I am looking to spend a weeks boat and shore diving next april. How far out are the reef's and what depth can you expect from the shore dives. On the Boats dives which sites are the best ones.
Thanks

From shore the reef goes out to about 30 feet
gradually over 50 to 200 yards and then rolls
over to about a 60 degree slope. Depending
on where you are along the island the bottom
break can be at 130 feet to a few thousand–
literally.

As far as the 'best' boat dives, that depends on
your likings. Best to wait until you are on
island and discuss it with your dive operation
people. MOO is that they are not very different
but some have more seahorses than others,
etc.

You will undoubtedly hear from others here
also. Diversity of opinion.
