I sent ALM an e-mail pleading with them, to not screw up my honeymoon. I was very polite and asked them to try and do what it takes to make the flights and service as great as possible. I don't know if it worked, but it seems that flights are going somewhat smoother since my letter. Help me out, I have 28 days left until I have to board an ALM flight!
