Hi All!

Little Boo-Boo dog & I need to fly to Bonaire on Oct 1st, & we of course wish to go as cheap as possible. Though less stress is more important than saving $10. Looks like Miami has the cheapest airfares. We are in Ocala, which is in between Orlando & Gainesville, but airefare seems to double in price out of Orlando! We plan on staying 30 days for sure, perhaps longer as money & my horse left behind in FL shall decide.

Hi, I'm in Orlando. We drive to Miami for the best rate. (This year Jamaican Air) We've debated the cost of the rental car to and from, added to the cost of a night's lodging in Miami, figured in our time en route...... but the prices from Orlando are just astronomical. Like you said, just about double! Go figure! Sorry, but no solution! Gail

Gail: You might try flying Southwest (www.iflyswa.com)MCO to Ft. Lauderdale and then try either JA from there or take ground transportation to MIA. It's worth a look anyway.

What about Spirit(?) (or one of the other cheaper airlines) from Orlando to San Juan and from there on American Eagle?

I know someone who did something similar to/from MIA and San Juan, and saved a bundle over doing it entirely via AA.
