So I booked the early evening flight from Aruba to Bonaire with DAE yesterday for our November trip, due to lack of any other options. Got a nice confirmation number page that I printed out.

Today, I tried booking flight back to Aruba 8 days later, but lucky us, a noontime nonstop flight on Tiara Air.
I punched in all our information and my Visa card # and hit Submit or whatever. Then basically, their site just kinda returned me back to the start again, no confirmation of any kind.

As of 4 hours later no email confirmation has come in and no charge has been posted to my Visa account. I emailed Tiara a while ago and no response to that yet either.

Does Tiara really exist?

Yes, Tiara surely does exist. Maybe they are having a problem with their internet service provider.

We also found the website difficult last year and in the end phoned the call centre. The rest of our experience with them was good.

We had the same experience - no confirmation, no email, no nothing after making the reservation on-line. When I got worried and called everything was squared away, no problem.

Yes, the Tiara call center works! Mr. Obispo was extremely helpful answering questions about luggage, and making the reservations was easy over the phone.

I got the following email reply from Tiara, so guess I'll try again:

I wanted to let you know that the transaction was not accepted for the bank, for that reason it sent an answer of REFUSED, Please try it again, and verify that you are doing by Internet Explorer. Our page is not working with different ones, you have to check if you have any message that block the virtual page, and also when you are doing any transaction, you should check that your credit card doesn’t have any restriction that can cause any problem when you want to buy for the virtual page.
I’ll be glad to attend you again.
