Ted

The limits and charges used to be on their website, but I can't see them now.

I can give you what the limits and charges were earlier this year.

Checked bags are limited to 20 Kilos (I think carry on is either 7 or 10 kilos although I have never had mine checked.)

Every kilo above 20 kilos will be charged as follows:
$2 per kilo between BON/AUA-CUR and AUA-BON
$3 per kilo between CUR-VLN
$4 per kilo between AUA/BON-VLN
$6 per kilo between CUR/AUA/BON-SXM
$8 per kilo between SXM-VLN
This is applicable also in the opposite direction

While we haven't flown DAE in several years, their rules used to be a TOTAL of 20 kilos (44 pounds) for all of the checked bags for each traveler (not 20 kilos per bag!) plus another 10 kilos (22 pounds) for the total of all carry-ons for that traveler. At the time we flew DAE, they did not weigh our carry-ons although it had been reported they were weighing some. They also typically allowed about 1 - 2 kilos over on the checked bags without an issue.

I didn't say 20 kilos per bag, "Every kilo above 20 kilos will be charged" is very clear at least in English used in the UK.
