Does anyone know the weight limits for checked and carry-on bags on Tiara?

We're scheduled to fly Bon-AUA with Tiara, connecting to Delta on our return. I've looked on the Tiara site to no avail, and emailed with no response yet.

Maximum Altitude: 10.000 feet
Maximum Passenger Load: 36
Maximum baggage weight: 17 kilo
Maximum carry-on baggage weight: 10 kilo

I found it by luck actually. I just wanted to see what the planes looked like when I saw that information at the bottom. Ironically, it was your post that led me to check out their site in the first place.
