Ann Phelan is a rock star. She can be reached at ann@bonairecaribbean.com. Her web site is at http://www.bonairecaribbean.com/. She helped us with our packages for each of our (three) trips and we are very happy with her service.

Does it cost more to go through a travel agent? What are the benefits if so? I've never used one.

To address Matthew's question.

A good travel agent is worth using and is worth the fee they earn.

However, most (like ever other walk of life) are not very good and it can appear that agents in general are a wasted effort.

My personal experience is that most agents are worthless but that does not mean they all are.

You need to work to find a good one!
