I just checked Continental flights to Bonaire in September, and the legend on the seating chart indicates some are "premium". These are not first/business class. What are premium seats, and do they cost any more? Thanks,

Premium seat are towards the front of the plane and claim to have more leg room. They are usually reserved for frequent fliers and sometimes sold at a higher price.

They are reserved for OnePass and SkyTeam elite passengers. They have the same legroom as the other coach class seats. The first row of coach is often reserved for handicap passengers. These seats are often available at the gate if unfilled.
