I jumped at this.... only to find out I've been fooled - on the day after the 1st :-P

My wife and I flew on the inaugural flight of the Singapore Air Miami-to-Flamingo route and were sorely disappointed. The flight departs at the ungodly hour of 10:00 am. They have a strict 100 kg per passenger luggage allowance and charge $0.05 per kilo for overweight bags - what a rip-off! The free champagne was not properly chilled. The free caviar was domestic, for heaven's sake! The uniforms worn by the flight attendants were soooo 20th century. Certainly not the level of ambiance that I expected for my hard-earned $250.00. In the future, we will certainly go back to flying overnight on Continental or parking our buns in the San Juan airport for several hours to fly American Eagle.
