We're a family of 4, looking into flights from Aruba to Bonaire during April. The only thing I can find that seems reliable is Bonaire Exel, but I can't find anything more than a phone number. Is this really our best bet? And if so, do I need to dial a country code if I'm calling from the US (mainland)?

BonairExel is now Dutch Antilles Express. From the States their phone number is 011-599-717-0808 and their fax is 011-599-717-0880; e-mail is info@flydae.com. I have found e-mail or fax or works best - e-mail to make the reservations and fax to provide your credit card information.
