Tempting prices, at least for October, from AJ. $467 plus tax roundtrip EWR to Bon. But is it worth the risk? Hmmm....

Yep, it's worth it to me...
AJ is higher in the May and June time frame because of all the newly weds... the flights will be full getting to MBJ but practically empty onward to Bonaire....darn....pesky honey mooners...

That's so true! We're flying on AJ from Chicago in May and our flight to MBJ is completely booked, but the flight to BON should be empty and pleasant. Just hope everything goes smoothly.

Yes, their act is certainly looking better, but, in October there could be a hurricane that could stop that one and only flight to Bonaire and then where are you? Stuck in MB for a week till next plane goes to Bonaire. Correct me if I am wrong, but I think AJ only flys once a week (sat.) to Bonaire. I would love to start flying AJ again, but not till they start more flights as I am not willing to risk a whole week of my vaca in case it doesn't take off. Hurricanes have a habit of making things iffy, and other airlines do have more flight days, so my chances of getting to Bon on another airline would be better during hurricane season if flying a different airline is all I am saying. I used to always flying AJ and will certainly do it again when they go to Bon more than once a week. Just my 2 cents.

We would probably fly AJ again if they would put the flight from Houston back in service. It is a pain trying to fly one airline to Montego Bay and the AJ from there. Until AJ flys from Houston again we will be using Continental.

just returned from Bonaire on AJ 2 weeks ago and are ready to plan our return. that is so tempting. during hurricane season i think i'd prefer to take a chance with AA, even though you lose a day because of the lousy schedule. anyone hear of a bargain from ny area on AA holler!

I just purchased our tickets for June, almost couldn't get the dates with AJ.(my prefered way of getting to Bonaire, as of late).
Prices and availabilty seem to change within the 1/2 hour for that time of year. We usually go in May.
Kim at Carradonna Tours help make it happen when no one else could.
