AJ kept there promise. Our flight was 20 minites late out of Chicago. 30 minites late out of Montego Bay and 15 minutes late arriving to Bonaire. The return trip was 15 minutes late on departure and only a 1 hour layover in Montego Bay with a 9:30 pm landing in Chicago. This was out 10th flight with AJ and will fly again with them in the future. Middle afternoon arrival and departure... GREAT!! Ron

Thanks, Ron...glad to hear it! We love them, too, and I'm so nervous about booking with them for our May/June 2006 trip but I really do want to do it. I'm checking out the Continental route (very expensive, comparatively speaking, as we like to fly First Class) and the Florida Charter run but it is not up and running as yet.

How are you guys doing? Back to Gibi's this trip? I'm sure you were there with the gang, if my eyes noted you in the pics! Great fun.

Has Air Jamaica kept each and every Saturday flight in the skies since they cut back to one day/flight per week? Can anyone track their flight record for the Bonaire run since they cut back?? I'd love to know if they flew all of them or if they canceled any due to lack of bodies on board.....

Thanks again for the posting, Ron! Ayo. Carole

Carole, Continental is a single day flight as well. AJ has been flying Saturday's and have had a full plane. They cut back because there were not enough people flying from Montego Bay to Bonaire on the other days. If we keep them full on Saturday's I bet they will keep the flight going. It is just good business to do so.. Ron

Thanks, Ron..I'm glad to hear they are filling up the Saturday planes. I will have to give them a call once I determine my dates. We have always used AJ on all of our trips and I would love to continue to do so if I can. I'm exploring other avenues but prefer the "known" AJ, actually. Ayo. Carole

I can concur that AJ is filling up their Sat flights for my friend and I cannot get a flight out of Chicago O'Hare on Sat 12/3 for it is FULL! (There may have been first class left, but not sure, we can't afford that.....)
We obviously waited way too long this time, idiots we are. Ginni

Sorry you couldn't get on the plane, Ginni. Good news about AJ filling up the Saturday planes, tho. I'd better get moving now for our next trip. Thanks. Carole
