Glenn, what do you consider "fair" and during what time period?

Glenn there are for ways to get to Bonaire, American through San Juan, Air Jamaica through Montego Bay, through Aruba or through Curacao.

American through San Juan is fairly reliable and can be cheap (if you catch a deal), the downside is getting in very late and leaving very early. Air Jamaica only flies on Saturday and is very shakey right now.

Aruba is not a bad choice there are direct flights from Boston and you catch a Bonaire Excel flight to Bonaire. This is the method we recently used. We got to spend 4-5 hours on Aruba, got in late afternoon and was almost reasonable ($570 per).

You can also connect through Curacao with either Divi Divi or Bonaire Excel Airlines. Divi Divi is the more reliable method.

Good Luck.

Glenn - My boyfriend and I are going to Bonaire from November 29 to Dec. 8. We were able to get tickets from Hartford to Bonaire through American Airlines for $343/per person not including taxes late in June. We have a long layover in San Juan but it was worth the price. You might check American although it helps if you can be flexible with your dates. Sue
