Does anyone know of a charter from NE US I might be able to hook up with? I'm checking on the rates for AJ and they are over $800 -- around $200 more than I paid in June.

Thanks.

The NE price may linger around the price you quoted - unless the charter comes directly from Newark or JFK and the flying time is when the aircrafts are not needed for normal flights. There may be flights out of Atlanta direct to Bonaire - Depending on your location you may have to add the cost of travelling from the NE to Atl. which will run between cheapest $.89 from Charlotte and most expensive $.254 from Boston. Eastern US comprises: Boston 254; Rochester 129; Buffalo 144; La Guardia/Newark 109; Flint 114; Akron/Canton 119; Philadelphia 126; Pittsburgh 119; Baltimore/Washington 104; Dayton 110; Indianapolis 104; Richmond 99; Newport 99; Raleigh 104; Charlotte 89; Myrtle (time schedule out of range); Savannah (time schedule out of range); Jacksonville 104; Orlando 124; West Palm Beach (time schedule out of range); Miami 132; Tampa 124; Sarasota 99; Ft. Meyers 134. There are some more departure stations but these are some of the important ones which flow into Atlanta at reasonable time schedules to make a decent connection to anywhere. I am working on a time table to give all the BT fans a view of possibilities to get to Bonaire without the hassle of the past few months.

P.s. This not a promotion - simply providing information to those who can use it properly.

Can you tell me which airline is flying out of Atlanta? Or is this a charter flight.

Should I just wait and book my flight at the end of summer? Thanks for the info.

Mary, hopefully the result of the efforts will be a scheduled charter flight out of Atlanta.
The BTB has signed up with Continental from Houston starting in december around the 16th. Hopefully there will also be a direct flight to Curacao in December starting on December 17th. Of course this will be way after your vacation of Nov. 5 - 12 - Please book your vacation - As I indicated your best choice from the NE would be into SJU and then unto Bonaire with AE. I am working on various possibilities for Bonaire direct - it is time consuming but not impossible = we just have to keep on going until a solid solution is found. Once you start this type of undertakings it has to have guarantees otherwise it will result in unfortunate failures and disappointments. If you will keep consulting the threads hopefully one day there will be something that brightens up day and hopefully even give you the desire to hop over for a weekend. God Bless
