Due to the return connecting times from BOnaire to Miami on Curacao (flying AA,) I've decided to overnight on Curacao. Will I have to pay an additional departure tax from Curacao?

Deb, Once you enter Curacao your trip from Bonaire to Curacao has ended. Leaving Curacao in the morning will mean you are starting a new trip indicating that the tax will be levied at $.20 per person.
