I would like to go from Paris to Bonaire but as I have to go to Amsterdam from Paris its getting quite expensive. Looks like its better for me to fly to Caracas.

ALM/DCA/DCE goes to both Curacao and Bonaire from Caracas, if you want to gamble. Aerpostal flies to Curacao from/to Caracas. Run searches on www.travelocity.com or one of the other Sabre based travel seraches.

I would also suggest to take Aeropostal from Caracas to Curaçao and than from Curaçao to Bonaire take the 7seater Chessna DiviDivi from http://www.BaiBini.com

I going to be in the Caracas area toward the end of February and would like to also spend some time in Bonaire. Has anyone flown with Aeropostal and DiviDivi? How do you recommend making arrangements with these companies?

I would suggest to buy the Aeropostal ticket at the counter at the Maiquetia airport or at one of the local travel agents.
