I just love the way the airlines play with their capacity. If you pull up BOSBON on AA, flight 5134 SJUBON shows zero seats for sale. Pull up flight AA5134 by itself and there is one seat for sale. Pull up DFWBON (via SJU) and AA5134 shows 7 (or more) seats for sale.

Try getaway.com. Found this itinerary for $1038. As I'm sure you already know, traveling on weekdays is generally less expensive to/from the Caribbean. Is your itineray flexible at all? Do an internet search for "travel consolidators". Do tour operators like Maduro offer "air only" packages?

Thanks Steve. No, I have to travel those dates as I am a school counselor by day (travel biz owner (NO TICKETS THO) at night) so it is School Vacation hence the crazy prices.

I found 974.00 on DL/JM but that is crazy so unless a miracle occurs I stay on Arctic Cape Cod and will get a script for Prozac. SNIFF

Annie, I called GWV no Bonaire charters this year (you probably already knew this), but Pan Am flys from Worchester to San Juan for $331 and American flys from San Juan to Bonaire for $367. The timing can be tricky, Pam Am arrives at 18:00, American leaves at 18:40. Might be doable and certainly alot cheaper, the worse would be a night in San Juan. Some additional advantages to Worchester is cheap/safe parking although a longer ride for you.

A little more info, Pan Am (1-800-FLYPANAM) flys on Thursdays and Fridays down so you would need the Friday's flight stay in San Juan and catch the next day's flight to Bonaire (price now $280). On the return you leave on Sunday at 6:15 AM arrive in San Juan 8:19 plenty of time for the 11:20 departure for Worchester, arrive home 8:00 PM rested with PBD.

Bottom line $647 total but need to take Friday off and stay in San Juan 24 hours, but get an extra day in Bonaire.

Ann - we struggled too trying to get to BON form Syracuse on 2/9 return on 2/1 but we finally ended up with Air Jamaica.

Air Jamaica & DL have flights from BOS on 2/17 returning 2/24 for $985. Times are pretty good, leaving 7:20 AM Depart Boston (BOS)
Arrive Kralendijk (BON) 3:20 PM

Return would be 4:05 PM Depart Kralendijk (BON)
Arrive Boston (BOS) 10:50 PM

Connections are in Montego Bay.
