A travel client just called me (9:31 AM EST) en route to the airport. She has her passport but her friend's birth cert. did NOT arrive via FEDEX. She has a COPY of her birth cert. Will BON allow her in?? Can someone call for me and help me with this??

Dependng on the airport, the Immigration Dept. in the US can issue a document that will allwo her to fly. It is really up to the airline she is flying out on to allow her to board the plane on the WAY DOWN. As long as she has a copy and a back up photo ID, Immigration here may just not even bat an eye. As for getting back into the US, it may not normally be an issue, but with the new security rules, it is anyones's call.
