Just heard that Air Jamaica will not be running their Sunday flight to Bonaire for September and October. Sunday service starts again in November

Well, all I can say is that this is already an adventure! Nothing like having your trip planned for months, and then 4 days before you leave the airlines thows a wrench in the whole thing! Oh well, makes life more exciting I guess!

For those of you that this will effect, make sure that you let them know that you want to return to your home on Saturday (from Montego Bay), the same day you leave Bonaire, not Sunday. AJ had us leaving Bonaire on Saturday, with an overnight on Sat night in Montego, and then leaving Montego at our original time back to LAX, and they weren't going to pay for the overnight hotel. They asked my husband if we wanted to return on the original date, and he said "yes" thinking that that meant from Bonaire, not MB.

Hope this makes sense, but if I had not called back to confirm the confusion of the original call, we would have been in for a HUGE surprise on our return trip.

I just got the official word that AirJamaica resumes its Sunday flights starting October 21st.

I guess Geoffrey and I must be living right - that's the Sunday we're booked to come back home. Whew! I really WANTED that extra day!
