we are from belgium and we know several languages
as Dutch; English ; French and German.

Are there opportunities to get a job as manager
are something and is it easy to find a house.

You will still need a work permit even though you are from an EC country if I am not mistaken. I would suggest spending some time here and checking out the schools,etc. if your kids are of that age. Of course lots of parents choose home schooling as an alternative.
