Is it possible to rent a scooter on Bonaire? Is this a good idea, or would it get ripped off right away?

Hi Tom,
We just got back from Bonaire and both of our kids , 20 and 23, rented scooters and had no problem. There are a couple of rental places and we have used them both with good luck. Have a great trip!! If you want more info let me know.
