Hi all,

Just wanted share with all of you who have children (and may know us), that there's a Kids Summer Camp program being run at Sand Dollar this summer - details are at http://www.sanddollarbonaire.com/kidsandfamilies.html#camp - our kids, Bas & Yana, of StreetCam fame, will be participating the first week of the program - July 12-19. Our friend Margo at World Dive (http://www.worlddive.com) is the one booking this camp, incidentally. The program is for kids aged 5 to 12.

We (Linda, me, and the kids) will also be spending the prior week, July 5-12 in Curacao at Kids Sea Camp (http://www.kidsseacamp.com/kids2003.2.html) with the kids in case anyone wants to get together over there (even though it is Curacao :-) ). Margo herself runs Kids Sea Camp (we helped her with organizing some of the activities when we participated during her inaugural summer a couple years ago - see the pictures of Bas & Yana on her 2001 photo pages) and it's really a great program for the kids. This program is for kids 4-15.

Both programs run from 8:30am to 4:30pm daily for the kids, leaving us parents time to relax and/or dive. There's also a pizza night for the kids.

Hope some of you can join us while we "vacate" as well! Hey, maybe we can even irritate the Curacaoans with a BonaireTalk dinner in Curacao! ;-)

PPS On a related note, if any of you BonaireTalkers will be in the Orlando area April 20-21 or 23-26, we (all four of us) will be in Kissimmee for the kids' Easter break (we're in St. Augustine with family on the 22nd). If anyone wants to hook up for dinner (with kids) or go to the amusement parks with us, let us know!

Jake, It looks like our paths will not be crossing this year. I live in Orlando, but will be out of town while you and your family are here. I'll be on Bonaire July 5 -12, while you're in Curacao for the kid's camp! I guess I'll have to go back in 2004 just to catch another BT dinner at Gibi's! Gail
