I thought so, but was not certain. It's kind of ironic as Bonaire is the only place we use a cellphone...we don't even own one in the States...but we do use one on Bonaire...who would think....

We have not experienced one on Bonaire as yet (we will, however!) but we have seen a few during our years visiting Aruba (before we "discovered" Bonaire.) It is a nice experience, too! Hope to catch one during a sunset or a sunrise on Bonaire one of these days. Thanks for the tip, Harrie. CArole
